Why Lisbon for an incentive?
An incentive is a reward, so it has to surprise. Lisbon has the rare advantage of holding three unrelated settings within a thirty kilometre radius: the historic city, the ocean at Cascais and Carcavelos, and the wooded hills of Sintra. A group moves from one to the next in half an hour.
Add the logistics that matter when you are running a group: the airport is 7 km from the centre, the currency is the euro, Portugal is in the Schengen area, and the climate allows outdoor activities eight months a year.

Discovery and culture
Tuk-tuk tour through Alfama, private sunset cruise on the Tagus, tasting in the regional wine cellars, pastéis de nata workshop with a pastry chef. Two to four hour formats, 25 to 90 € per person depending on the programme.
Sport and adventure
Surfing at Ericeira, coasteering on the Arrábida coast, hiking in the Sintra hills, sailing regatta on the Tagus, quad biking in the Comporta dunes. Half day to full day, 60 to 250 € per person. Every physical programme has a low-effort version.
Food and wine
Setúbal or Colares wine route, lunch at a quinta, culinary treasure hunt at Campo de Ourique market, private dinner in a palace. From 45 to 180 € per person.
Full handling
Flights and transfers, accommodation, catering, activities, evenings, on-site hosting. One contact person from the first quote to the debrief, and a host with the group throughout the trip.
Which format for which objective?
Two days to reward a recent sales performance without breaking the team’s rhythm. Three days when the incentive also has to bring together a group that does not know each other. Four to five days for a top performers club, with a step up on accommodation and evenings.
