Clause 1 – Purpose
The general terms and conditions of sale set out below detail the rights and obligations of Lisbonne Experts, lda and its client in connection with the sale of the following services:
1- Private tour of Lisbon, regardless of the format.
2- Intimate Fado evening.
3- Private gastronomic tour (Lisbon, the other side of the Tagus).
4- Wine tasting from Lisbon (or Portugal).
5- Tour of Lisbon with children.
6- Jewish Lisbon tour.
7- Street-art workshop.
8- Organisation of seminars and group events.
9- Digital treasure hunt.
Any service performed by Lisbonne Experts, lda therefore implies the client’s unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
The other services sold on the Lisbon-Event.com website are performed by partner companies of Lisbonne Experts, lda. Their own general terms and conditions of sale apply. Payment must be made in full at least 72 hours before the start of the service, unless otherwise agreed between the two parties that it will be made on site and in cash.
Clause 2 – Prices
The prices of the goods or services sold are those in force on the day of the booking request. They are stated in euros. Lisbonne Experts, lda reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the services at the prices indicated when the booking is registered.
Clause 3 – Discounts and rebates
The prices offered are not subject to discounts or rebates. Services are provided free of charge (excluding catering and the “Lisbon tour with children”) for children aged between 0 and 7 years.
Clause 4 – Early-payment discount
No early-payment discount will be granted in the event of advance payment.
Clause 5 – Methods of payment
Orders are settled:
• either on site in cash;
• or online by credit card.
Clause 6 – Late payment
In the event of total or partial non-payment for confirmed services, the buyer must pay the full amount to Lisbonne Experts, lda on site and in cash. In the event of total or partial non-payment for confirmed services, Lisbonne Experts, lda may cancel the service without prior notice.
Clause 7 – Cancellation
No fees are charged when the client informs Lisbonne Experts, lda within the fifteen days preceding the day of the service. After this period, the booking fees are retained by Lisbonne Experts Unipessoal Lda. However, the service may be postponed up to 48 hours before its start.
In the event of force majeure (health crisis, strike, bad weather), a postponement is offered free of charge and with no time limit.
Clause 8 – Payment system
Lisbonne Experts, lda cannot be held responsible for content errors, viruses, or any consequences of a security breach in its payment system.
Clause 9 – Disagreement
The client understands and accepts that, in the event of disagreement, the terms of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale prevail over any oral or written communication established between the client and any representative or partner of Lisbonne Experts, lda.
Clause 10 – Force majeure
Lisbonne Experts, lda may not be held liable if the non-performance or delay in the performance of any of its obligations described in these general terms and conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. For these purposes, force majeure means any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event.
Clause 11 – Dispute
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by Portuguese law.
